Let me start by saying that I don’t give a s**t what people think of me. I didn’t reach my version of success by worrying about things I can’t control. When you turn to me for executive and leadership coaching, you’ll have to be honest. You’ll also need thick skin. You need to hear the blunt truth about your abilities, weaknesses, and the mental roadblocks that are holding you back. These are the kinds of things your family, friends, colleagues, and subordinates would never say to your face. I do things differently than they do at the International Coaching Federation. Whether I’m working with senior team leaders or entrepreneurs, I begin by setting my client’s destination in life. I then focus on setting the goals needed to get there in stages.
