Lifestyle Coaching in Practice
You’re obviously not satisfied with your life—whether that’s due to your personal life, work life, or a combination of the two. That’s why you’ve landed here in search of a lifestyle coach. But before you go any further, you need to be sure that lifestyle coaching is what you need right now.
Whether you know it or not, your work life and professional life are inextricably linked. They both feed off one another. They both impact your mental health. And they both have a profound effect on your overall happiness.
Perhaps you need to learn how to nurture more productive relationships. Maybe you’re working all the hours we have simply to stand still. If your work life is affecting your ability to be happy and succeed, it’s time to take control.
Am I the Right Lifestyle Coach for You?
I’ve already succeeded in life—both as a lifestyle coach and as a business owner. I’ve experienced a few lows, but I’ve used them to come back stronger than ever. I’ve started a non-profit that had more than 600 volunteers at its peak. I’ve succeeded in the world of marketing. So, when you listen to what I have to say, you know I’ve walked the walk.
But let me be clear: I’m like Marmite. You’ll either hate me or love me. And that’s fine. I’m not here to be your best mate. I won’t blow smoke up your a** like your staff or friends do. I’m the kind of lifestyle coach who will tell you exactly where you’re going wrong—even when I know it might hurt your feelings or bruise your ego.
As a life coach, I’m not here to make things better for you. That’s something you will have to do. Yes, I can give you tips and guidance on how to pursue a better lifestyle, stay motivated when things get tough, and make the positive changes you need in order to fulfil your potential. However, I can’t—and won’t—spoon-feed you a list of specific tasks you need to complete.
What I WILL do is help you look within yourself to identify the mental obstacles that lie between you now and the new you of the future—the you who will finally be enjoying the lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of.

What Is a Lifestyle Coach?
Put simply, a lifestyle coach is a kind of mentor whose job is to help you find the path to happiness and fulfilment. The best lifestyle coaches work on the psychological issues and historical experiences that can derail a person’s mission or vision in life.
A lifestyle coach will also work with their clients to identify and address an imbalance in their client’s life. This may be due to a poor work-life balance. It may be down to traumatic experiences that have left the client with low morale, low self-esteem, or a lack of self-confidence.
Have you lost your way? Is your life not panning out the way you’d planned? Despite the abilities and potential you have within you, are you stuck in a rut or living someone else’s life? I can help—as long as you leave your ego at the door and lower your mental drawbridge.
Whether you need help with your overall well-being, stress management, or lasting lifestyle changes, we’ll assess your situation together and create a series of goals designed to turn your life around.
Who Can Benefit from the Services of a Lifestyle Coach?
Lifestyle coaches help people who have it within themselves to live more fulfilling, happier lives. They can’t perform miracles, however. If your vision of life is beyond your capabilities, I’ll tell you. It will be hard to hear, but it will save you a lot of time and money.

A lifestyle coach can identify the root cause behind your inability to achieve your ideal lifestyle. My coaching style is designed to make you look within yourself in order to take the path of least resistance to the life you’ve always wanted.
I work with a wide range of people, including:
- Business executives
- CEOs
- Entrepreneurs
- Managers
- Small and medium-sized business owners
- Academics and students
If, during our initial free consultation, I come to the conclusion that you’re capable of so much more, I’ll tell you. And if you’re willing to embrace my lifestyle coaching methods, we’ll begin by defining your vision.
The rest is all about setting the optimum route to success for you. And as your life and business coach, I’ll be there to help you plan your route. But more about that later.
What Is the Difference Between a Lifestyle Coach and a Life Coach?
I’m asked this question a lot. What is the difference between a life coach and a lifestyle coach? To be honest, the terms are pretty much interchangeable. Both involve lifestyle, professional, and health coaching elements. Both are based on the premise of fulfilment and having a vision.
There’s an argument that lifestyle coaching has more to do with the way you live your life and finding the perfect balance between your professional and personal lives. But that’s probably just semantics.
All you need to know is that I’m a lifestyle coach who will make it my mission to help you find fulfilment. Perhaps that involves making money. Maybe it means finding more time to do the things you love with the people you love. For others, it’s all about rising to the pinnacle of their profession.
And this is the important point about lifestyle coaching. Success and fulfilment are subjective terms. Only by searching your soul will you be able to define your vision. And only by clearing a path to achieving that vision will you be able to experience your ultimate version of happiness.
What Benefits Do Lifestyle Coaches Offer
I’m not going to speak for other lifestyle coaches in London and throughout the UK. I’m successful because I take my own path. I always have. I apply what has worked for me in the past and adapt it to suit the circumstances of my clients. It’s called the VISION GPS, but I’ll talk more about that later.
In general terms, a good lifestyle coach can deliver the following benefits:
Find Clarity
A fully invested lifestyle coach will explore every aspect of your history and current circumstances to find out where your aspirations lie. Only when you have that clarity will you be able to define your version of the perfect lifestyle.
Become More Accountable
This is one of the key aspects of my coaching psychology approach. Too many high-achievers blame others for things that go wrong. While others might be to blame, you have to take full accountability and responsibility for the things that go wrong in your life. My brand of lifestyle coaching will teach you how to turn these events or situations into positive learning opportunities.
Reduce Stress and Other Mental Health Issues
Some people might refer to me as a health coach. While I don’t have any healthcare-related qualifications, the work I do with clients often leads to stress reduction. There’s also evidence to suggest that improvements to your emotional health can lead to improvements to your physical health.
Set Goals
A massive part of my coaching program involves creating a vision and then setting the goals that will act as the stepping stones to claiming your ideal lifestyle. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Using my innate coaching skills and my VISION GPS process, I’ll help you set goals and then work with you to develop the systems to help you achieve them.
Improve Your Time Management
I’m not just a lifestyle coach—I’m also a time management coach! You can’t be one without being the other. Why? because managing your time effectively is one of the core principles of my lifestyle coaching approach.
You don’t have to work longer to start achieving the goals that have thus far evaded you. You don’t have to miss those vital school plays, sports days, family dinners, and much-needed vacations to succeed in your professional life.
With my help, you’ll learn to prioritise tasks and goals. And through the arts of delegation and communication, you’ll learn how to utilise the people around you to get things done.

My Approach to Lifestyle Coaching
This is where things get interesting! Some coaches support clients through blind kindness, empty platitudes, and just saying ‘yes’. But that’s not me.
Anyone who has ever attended my coaching practice will tell you that my methods leave nowhere to hide. They’re blunt to the point of being offensive to some people. But for those who are prepared to do whatever it takes to pursue the lifestyle they want, the rewards far outweigh the hardships! They’re the people who benefit greatly from the services of a life coach.
Instilling Confidence
Confidence coaching is a central tenet of my approach. I motivate clients to do what’s required to change. A lot of people lack the self-esteem and confidence in their abilities to try something new or go against the grain. My job as your lifestyle coach will be to address the past experiences, relationships, and events that are adversely affecting your self-belief.
Asking Open-Ended Questions
As I said earlier, I’m not going to make life easier for you. Binary choices and one-word answers will never be a part of my lifestyle coaching approach. By asking you a series of open-ended questions, I’ll encourage introspection and self-assessment. Other lifestyle coaches in London shy away from this side of life and wellness coaching, but I never will.
Developing Your Growth Mindset
Personal growth isn’t easy to sustain. A lot of people like to sit back and smell the roses when they’ve achieved something or reached a goal. They become complacent, and that’s when progress stalls.
The world’s most successful people keep pushing for more. When those people are enjoying their biggest successes, they use positive feelings as fuel to keep moving forward. They are always looking for ways to change. Why? Because if you can’t embrace change, you can’t keep progressing towards your goal.
My version of lifestyle coaching won’t allow you to congratulate yourself too much after a great week. Once we’ve hit a goal, we’ll move on to the next one.
Breaking Habits
I get it. Routines and habits are comforting, They offer certainty. But at the same time, they are a barrier to change. And if you need to change your lifestyle, those habits will stand in your way until you learn how to break them.
As a lifestyle coach who prefers a holistic approach, I’ll also address some of the thought patterns that have the potential to slow or halt your progress. These might include the inability to make informed decisions, the instinctive ‘flight’ response, the tendency to slow down when things are going well, and an aversion to change.

Choosing Your Battles
You have to understand your strengths and weaknesses in order to sustain a new lifestyle. If you’re picking battles you’re not equipped to fight, you’re setting yourself up for perpetual failure. And nothing is more demotivating than that!
As a successful lifestyle coach in London, I rely on a lot of literature and proverbs during my sessions. Here’s a famous Japanese proverb that seems appropriate here.
“It’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.”
Many life coaches won’t tell you this, but there are people out there who are better than you in certain areas—no matter how successful you are.
Here’s another saying”
“Never bring a knife to a gunfight.”
Part of my job as your lifestyle coach will be to assess your strengths and weaknesses and channel them appropriately. If I don’t think you have the right mindset or skill set to win certain battles, I’ll work with you to find another route to success. And that leads me nicely into the next aspect of my lifestyle coaching process.
Defining Your Vision
Yes, I’m a lifestyle coach, but I’m also a career change coach. And there’s a beautiful synergy there that can be leveraged to finally define your ultimate vision in life.
Other lifestyle coaches completely ignore the premise that everyone has an ultimate vision. However, it’s one of the first things I address during my lifestyle coaching programs.
VISION GPS
How do you want to live your life? Do you want to do everything it takes to become the CEO of a major multinational? Are you obsessed with the idea of retiring early in the sun? Maybe all you want is to find the perfect work-life balance that allows you to pursue your professional ambitions while enjoying a fulfilling family life.
Everyone’s vision is different. That’s why my lifestyle coaching approach begins with exploring your version of success in life. Once we know that, we can set a route to your final destination. That’s where the GPS comes in.
G – Goals
As your dedicated lifestyle coach, I will assess every aspect of your life, help you define your vision, and then work on setting the goals that will get you to your final destination.
Just like the GPS in your car, we’ll set a route with various markers or pitstops along the way. The idea is to break down the often intimidating process involved in achieving your life’s vision. Once we’ve hit one goal, we’ll move on to the next.
P – Planning
My next task as your lifestyle coach will involve creating the plan or strategy you need to keep achieving your goals. This is like choosing the route on your GPS. So, when we hit roadblocks, the system is designed to adapt; to change our route to your perfect lifestyle.
S – Systems
Like most lifestyle coaches, I’ve developed certain tools and mechanisms that help people stay on track when they’re pursuing goals. As your certified lifestyle coach, I’ll select the methods and approaches I think are best suited to you—whether they’re related to time management, breaking current habits, stress management, or nurturing productive relationships.

Book Life Coaching Sessions with a Difference
Life coaching is hugely important to me. I get a thrill out of helping others enjoy the kind of success I’ve managed to achieve. Yes, there may be richer and more successful lifestyle coaches in the UK, but I guarantee there isn’t a happier one. I’m living my dream, and now it’s time to pay it forward with targeted lifestyle and wellness coaching.
My approach isn’t taught by the International Coaching Federation. It doesn’t involve weight management, collaboration with health coaches, or life coaching handbooks. It involves the two of us getting together to explore the reasons why you’re not enjoying the lifestyle you crave.
That process starts right here. Book an initial consultation session with me right now by filling out the form below, and take the first step to making your vision a reality.
