Hi, I'm Jake—a life and business coach who takes pride in sharing my insights and experiences with people who want to fulfil their potential. One of the biggest challenges I have faced involved building a non-profit organisation from scratch. I took it from just two volunteers (me and my partner) to more than 600. This wasn't easy. In fact, it stretched me to the limit. But it taught me a lot—both about delivering successful projects and getting the most out of myself.

I take a huge amount of inspiration from a book by Michael Gerber called The E-Myth Revisited: Why Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It. One of the key learnings I took from this seminal book is owners must learn to work 'on' their business and not 'in' it.
